Servantic AI builds platform infrastructure for agentic business transformation. Our services may include agent runtime, integrations, workflow automation, knowledge systems, operations tooling, and advisory work for business teams.
2. Data we process
We may process account information, business profile settings, user and team information, connected system configuration, workflow inputs and outputs, customer or operational records provided by a business, support requests, billing records, security events, and technical logs.
3. Agentic processing
Business data may be processed by AI models, tools, and orchestration systems to perform configured tasks, summarize context, generate draft outputs, classify requests, or coordinate workflows. We design these systems around business authorization, scoped access, human review, and operational auditability.
4. Sharing and subprocessors
We use infrastructure, model, storage, payment, analytics, communication, and integration providers to operate the service. Where a business connects a third-party system, data is exchanged only as needed to provide the configured workflow.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support billing records. Businesses and users may request deletion through the process described on our Data Deletion page.
