1. Service
Servantic AI provides platform, infrastructure, integration, consulting, and software services for agentic business transformation. Services may include agent workflows, AI-assisted operations, business system integrations, dashboards, and human approval flows.
2. Business responsibility
Each business is responsible for the legality of its workflows, customer notices and consents, data supplied to the platform, employee access, and compliance with applicable laws and third-party system terms.
3. Integrations
A business may connect supported systems only if it has authority to manage those accounts, assets, and data. We may suspend or disconnect an integration if it is used for spam, phishing, unlawful content, deceptive automation, or unauthorized access.
4. AI output
AI-generated responses, summaries, classifications, and actions may be incomplete or inaccurate. Businesses should configure agents carefully, monitor outputs, and use human review for sensitive, complex, regulated, or high-impact situations.
5. Prohibited use
The service may not be used for unlawful activity, spam, phishing, harassment, surveillance, scraping, misleading impersonation, unauthorized data access, or violation of model provider, integration provider, or other third-party terms.
